What can I give my boyfriend for his 18th birthday?

It's his birthday on 9th January and I still have no idea what to get him :/ He likes gaming, YouTube videos, metal music and drinking.. But I want to get him something special that he can keep :) any ideas? Anything at all?
And btw, dont say a bj or any stupid sexual stuff cause he's probably getting that anyways.
