It's my mother's 60th Birthday upcoming, any ideas for Birthday gifts?
Nothing OTT, we aren't that kind of family. But something nice that she wouldn't ordinarily get herself.

I dont know what OTT stands for so I apoligize if I suggest something OTT.
1. A nice little trip somewhere just you and her like a little weekend.
2. Jewelery
3. A big picture of the family framed
4. You could make a decorative book addressed to her with lots of messages from all the family, her friends saying nice things about her nice poems inside it will be something to treasure forever

only want to spend about $10 b/c making food for party too
also her anniversary is valentine's day
they are going on a cruise.
she sells Avon so she has lotion, etc
gift idea can be personal, cruise or gag.

$10 will not go very far these days! But here are some suggestions: A canvas bag (for shopping in ports), flip flops, scented tea candles for their anniversary night. If your a good shopper, you may be able to get all of it for $10!
