My 10 year old daughter is having a birthday party what are some games?

My 9 turing ten year old girl is having her 10th birthday party she is super exited but she needs some game ideas she is having four little girls her age coming to her party I have a generally small apartment so i need games that are pretty quiet and don't involve to much space and most importantly don't leave anyone out because all of her friends are very sensitive. They are very energetic to. So i need game that they will really love.

as there is a small amount of girls could you paint each of there nails or maybe get a friend over to help
twister
decorate tshirts (plain tshirts glue glitter and pens)
make ice creams get a few flavors get some sprinkles sauce and fruit
do the same as above with cupcakes
play musical chairs but use sofa cushions to save space
pin the microphone on the pop star (whoever their all into and a poster)
get a few inexpensive gifts and wrap them up tie string around each one and leave a long trail on the end of it tangle these all up get the girls to follow one string each to find there prize

my little brother has a birthday party he has to go to soon for his friend. my mom needs ideas on what to get him because we have no idea what a 9 year old boy wants!

i suggested a ds game, but he doesnt own a ds
he owns a wii, but wii games are too expensive for birthdays
my brother says he likes baseball, but he already has a lot of bats and balls already!

so what else could you get a 9 year old boy?
( i am a 13 year old girl and i have n0 clue)
