Birthday gift ideas for girl I'm dating?

GunningGoo

I'm a sophomore in college and I've been dating this girl for almost 2 months. But for half that time, she was away for winter break. When she came back for school, I got her a Hello Kitty snuggie with a card for Christmas that she absolutely loved.

Her birthday is next week and I don't know what to get her! We aren't exclusive yet but we're really into each other. We've talked about making it official but we just aren't ready yet. What would be a simple yet nice gift for her that wouldn't break a budget? I'm hoping $20 or less? How about a stuffed animal? I'm also already planning a surprise dinner for her next weekend.

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm... How about a charm bracelet!!! Here's a better one!! Get her a GIANT stuffed bear that's holding a mini box of chocolates, a homemade card!! Oh and the bears can say, I love you BEARY much!!! Lol I know I'm cheesy but what doesn't like that, especially the chocolate!! Jk. If you give her the homemade card, she knows that you spent time on her and you didnt buy a last minute gift. Girls really want something that comes from the heart so good luck!!

Idk how much this costs!! But your probably gonna have to spend more than $20.. Sorry!!

Gift ideas for 18th birthday: twins (boy and girl)?

Deb F

They're my neice and nephew... and heading for college soon. I am tired of giving gift certificates, and would like something meaningful for this landmark birthday. They've been a bit spoiled, and have most everything you can ask for...(currently they're on vacation in the Caribbean!) Any ideas? 18-year-olds... what would be meaningful for you?

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you, they and family and friends would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.
