my fiances 31st birthday is comin up and i need a good idea for a gift. i have been stuck on this for a month, and no matter what i come up with, it doesnt seem good enough.
ok, he's a father, he is very involved in church, he is a project manager for a design company... he's not really that technologically inclined, with exception of what he does at work. he's pretty hard to shop for.

Birthday gift ideas for men?

My boyfriend is having his 30th birthday.... and i have no idea what to get him. We have only been dating for a month or so, so i cant really make him a scrapbook/picture frame/crafty thing filled with our pictures .... Also i dont want something that screams 'IM CRAZY ABOUT YOU' but also not something that 'ohh hey your cool dude'.... i do really like him...

He is workout crazy, he works out every day and fights/boxes.... also he is super into cars, which is his profession. Other then that he loves movies, Scar face of course... but he already has probably every movie ever made.
He is a very manly man....

Do you have any idea? what about from a male perspective what would you like to receive, that would be useful? Im thinking of cologne or some shaving kit deal. ...

Why don't you give him something electronic ? If you think that's too expensive you can give him a shirt with the color you prefer on him, and tell him so. That way every time he wears it, he'll remembers you. And don't be cheap when buying the shirt either. Oh, another idea is a wallet, check the wallet he has so you pick another one similar.

Birthday gift ideas for 50-up men?

My father is turning 52, and I need some birthday gift ideas! I would not like to spend too much (he's not one to require or want a lot of money or really nice things). He likes gifts that are useful and maybe a little funny. Oh, he likes the Dilbert Comics, but I don't know if he'd really want a bunch of dilbert stuff. He also likes Lowe's. Anything from gardening to cooking/grilling. Please Help!

I gave my parents a Netflix subscription and they love it. So maybe that? They start at about $6/mo and you could say it's for however many months you can afford.

Lottery tickets are also fun... or a magazine or newspaper subscription or of course gift cards to places like Lowe's. Maybe some really good coffee beans with a Starbucks gift card.

Wait... MEN are not hard to shop for! I just don't see why men are hard to buy gifts. Feed us, love us or give us money or maybe all three. I don't know how much easier it could get.
Just seriously don't buy us clothes unless you stink at cooking, you can't love us sexually or you absolutely have no clue what we like.

My dad bought me a gold watch, but I don't wear it because I just don't feel comfortable with a watch on my wrist. If he say's he likes that then buy him that. We are not complex, just simple straightforward. You could one up him and buy tickets to a concert he likes and go with him.

I strongly suggest food. Good food, not take out.

Maybe a new MP3 or a disc player.

Go to a store like best buy and pretend you just want batteries, but check on what he looks at.

I'm going to the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show for my 17th birthday, and I seriously love his show and I think he's the man. I was just wondering how people are picked to play the games and stuff because that would probably be the best birthday gift of my lifetime if i could get chosen. Any ideas how the process works?

Probably by random. Or if there is that special something under the seat or something like that. Best thing to do is tell somebody who is in charge that it is your birthday. Or get somebody to call and say it is your birthday and that is what you wanted.

I don't have a gf but if I did.....
As a gift.
I would want to have a Romantic day full of Love. Hold hands, Kiss every hour lol. Go to a nice Restraunt for lunch. For dinner have some Home cooked food. Maybe like Roast beef, Mashed potato's, green beans. Or whatever she can think of.
Watch some movies like "Ghost" "Notebook" Somewhere in Time" "Moulin Rouge" etc..
And also have a bag of beef jerkey! lol and whatever more I can think of doing during my birthday

A scarf, a beautiful bag, a picture for her wall, a mix cd you've made yourself, bake her a batch of cookies. It's not about splashing the cash, you know who she is, you can make it personal.

He says hes not good at picking out presents and he dosent know what to get me.

A. They are not they audition for a game show and they pick and them when they have the game show the people who were chosen play the game. they are not really an audience
