my best friend is turning 16 at the end of the month and i want to make/get/do something special for her! for my 16th, she made me a scrapbook, and i don't want to copy her but i have had a picture frame i've been planning to give her since christmas time. does anyone have any ideas [very minimal budget] that i should do?!
