Boyfriend birthday gift ideas?

a little background about him :
-We've been together for 9 months
-He's going to be 23yo in June
-He's currently in medical school, a future doctor
-He's simple yet classy

So, I was thinking...maybe I'd buy him pair of shoes or a watch? both are from his fav brands. Or maybe a stethoscope with his name engraved on it? Also, I thought it would be nice if I booked a five stars hotel room to stay for a night?

For the prices :
Hotel room cost : around USD $302
Watch : USD $172
Shoes : USD $129
Stethoscope : USD $86

I can't purchase all of them, I've got to pick just 2. And I think my first choice would be the hotel room, because it'd be lovely to spend the special night together in a nice place, he'd love it.

go on a classy dinner with him...spend some good time...and gift him some stylish watch or sexy perfume...u can also read his star sign to understand his nature and choices more...
