Birthday gift ideas for an 18 year old girl?

Q. I get to go to an 18th birthday party. Woo?

I met her in my musical theater class, and we've been fairly good friends :) I'm not super close to her, but my best friend is her best friend, if that makes sense. We talk, but we're not like BESTIESSS. So yeah, idk what to get her.

She'll be going off to college later this month and will be staying in the dorms, and she plans to major in musical theater.

She's girly, but doesn't really wear makeup. Actually I probably wouldn't gift makeup cuhs it's so personal. She's got plenty of clothes; she sews her own because she's that freakin cool.

She likes owls :P

She likes Snow White :P

I don't really have too much money, but a DIY project would be cool. Or y'know, whatever. Feed me your ideas.

Birthday Gift Ideas for best frienddd?

Okay well my friend is turning 17 and I was wondering what can be some ideas to give her?

I was thinking of getting her a poster of her favorite singer & chocolate because she likes chocolate & then I have no idea what to give her then because I don't feel as if that is enough.... Any ideas?
She likes music and food basically lol

My best friend's birthday is coming up too. I basically made a sort of DIY thing where I buy all of these separate materials and put them together. I got a cheap basket with a handle, candles, some hot chocolate, biscuits, and tea. I basically just put everything in the basket, so it looks like one of those fancy gift baskets you get for 20 dollars. It was pretty cheap too.(Yay) Then, I decorated the basket with ribbons and everything, it looks pretty nice. :) And the great thing is, is that you can put anything you want in the basket. So you said your friend likes food? Box of chocolates, cookies, crackers, anything!

Q. It's my best friend's son's birthday in a few weeks and I'm going to be out of town. I am looking for a great (and memorable!) first birthday idea from his favorite ''Auntie''.
I am rather crafty so any DIY projects are also welcomed.

baby boys LOVE trucks/cars/anything they can push and make car noises with! haha.

Im not a mom, but I worked in a daycare in the 1-2 year old room, and ALL of the little boys wanted to play with trucks and cars, all the time.

How can I punish my wife for her awful gift?

Q. My wife has just this moment handed me a set of paint brushes for my birthday. I have never indicated to her that I have any interest or desire in DIY or decorating, and no one(to my knowledge) has ever advised her of this either. I am trying to devise a suitable punishment. I have thrown a whisper to the servants to make ice cubes out of urine, to plop into her gin and tonics, also have her sequestered to the east wing for an entire week. Any ideas?

At first I was gonna make a scrapbook of pictures of us, but it didn't work out. She's turning 14. What are some really good DIY birthday present ideas? buy some picture frames and choose some nice pictures of the two of you, or one of you and one of her, frame the pictures and give. Awhile ago I framed some pictures of a special trip I took with my best friend, one nice picture of him and one of me, and I made two sets, one set for him and one set for me, it is nice to know we both have the same two sets of pictures in the same frames, makes it special. what frames you use depends on your budget, and/or maybe decorate the picture frames yourself to make them more unique.

A 40 dollar bond or savings account would be great, Most will get him toys which he won't remember but a savings bond or savings account that you can add to each year is very memorable..My sons grand parents did this for our son and he had enough for two years of college after he graduated high school..He can't tell you who gave him what for his first birthday but he can tell you who paid for his first two yrs of college.
