It's my long distance friends birthday in a few weeks - gift ideas I can send in the post?

Well it's my friends birthday in a few weeks and she lives about an hour away but I won't be able to see her on her birthday as it's school so I was wondering what some good ideas are that I could send in the post?
She is one of my best friends so I don't just want to send a card. Last year I sent a card with a me to you bear best friend keyring. This year I was thinking about maybe a necklace from a store like new look or claires accessories as I don't want to buy an expensive one if it will be going in the post. She will be 15 by the way - just so you know what type of stuff I could send. Any ideas on what I could get her for about under £10?

Cheap, memorable 21st birthday ideas...?

Now, I know I've sorta asked this before... But let's see if anyone else has any good suggestions... My hubby turns 21 in 3 weeks... Does anyone have any good ideas for a cheap "gift?" I'm not necessarily made of money, so anything cheap would really be great... Any ideas!?!?

or try get an experience voucher from soemwhere like argos and spend the day driving a rally car or a helicopter flight

Around 30 weeks pregnant i had mine at my home It was mainly women who i invited i sent them all invertations and did a wish list on the argos website and if they wanted to get me a gift they had a choice to get something spontanious or pay for one on their as alot of us have been friends for a long time we have done the same for each other, i put on a buffet and my hubby and dad sorted out drinks and entertained children while we did the girlie stuff, showing off presants, scan pictures, bump,going over baby names showing off my sons new room etc. it was kind of like a birthday party but the presants wernt for me, my mum made a small and very much embarrasing speech about me as a baby and was kind enough to do a slide show of me and my hubby's baby pics. She even took bets on who the baby will look most like. Hope this gets your mind boggling with lots of ideas. let your closest mates know your not feeling to confident, I did im sure like mine they will be amazing and help loads.

In my opinion, you should get him something personally (like,, do you have anything, like an inside joke between you guys? or something you talk about often?) this would be really sweet! (= oohh, and MAKE your card..
also, if you dont like those ideas.. here's some more..

chocolates (many people think its only a girl thing, but hell no, guys like chocolates just as much as the next girl)
Gadgets? lots in Argos..
dvd's? get really cheap ones in tesco's (lots of funny action ones and stuff)
i'd say cd's but, these cost a bit more (and you can never be to sure if they'll like the chosen music)
a funky mug with loads of hot chocolate stuff in it (everyone likes these)
sweets!

and if you want to go bigger
T-shirts
hoodies
belts
hats
any other male accessories
cd's

although personally, i find the best gifts for guys (are lots of little things, so they're bound to like it)

Ideas for birthday gifts for my special needs child?

My little girl is about to turn 2 years old. She is special need with cerebral palsy and is hemiplegic, only uses left side of body with little coordination. She is already getting a wagon with the flip up seat and I am making a harness for her to be able to sit in it. What are some other fun toys she can enjoy despite her disabilities?

Maybe a swing but not a normal swing, the ones with the more supportive seats (aimed at 1-3 year olds), sold in toys r us smyths and argos, and a shallow paddling pool or ball pit. Smyths is a good shop to look around in because it has a lot of outdoor toys for babies and toddlers so she can take part in activities that other children her age wouldx
