My best friend is turning 21 soon and I want to get her something really special but not expensive. I would like to maybe make something with photos but not a predictable scrapbook. We're also moving in together soon so something she could maybe hang on her wall... Any bright ideas?! (not a photo collage!) I'm all outa ideas!
