my best friend is turning 16 at the end of the month and i want to make/get/do something special for her! for my 16th, she made me a scrapbook, and i don't want to copy her but i have had a picture frame i've been planning to give her since christmas time. does anyone have any ideas [very minimal budget] that i should do?!

18th Birthday Gift Ideas?

My cousin is turning 18 & I need help coming up with ideas for a gift for her. She's the "artsy" type, in band, drama, musical. She'll be going to college to major in secondary education & spanish. She also wants to join the Peace Corps one day. I was trying to think of something quirky to get her.....but can't think of "the gift". Any ideas (that are practical) are appreciated!!
