Ok so my best friends birthday is coming and i really have no idea what to get him. I know. "he's your best friend you should know what to get him!" I really don't. nothing over 30 bucks (my mom's cheap). He plays guitar, he plays soccer, loves rock music, likes south park, i don't know what else to put down. PLEASE HELP ME!

you should get him customized guitar picks. Go online and see if you can do it but im not sure what the price is. You could get him some southpark boxers lol, or you should just buy some guitar picks and a gift card, but on the guitar picks you should write happy birthday! on the back that might be cool.
