Gift Ideas for my airman? Help Please?

my boyfriend is overseas in Kuwait and will be spending his birthday over there..i want to send him a special care package for his birthday but im not quiet sure what to put in it...i cant really send anything big or super expensive that i would get him if he were here but i want him to have a decent birthday...he doesnt need dvds or cds because he uses netflix and has itunes and an iphone....which would be great ideas but he doesnt need them...umm im at a loss for what to send...any ideas would be greatly appreciated..thanks

You could get him something he can treasure like a pocket watch with an engraving,
for example: "Wherever you go, know that I'm with you" etc.
