Ok, so im a guy and im 15 and soon its my best friend's (a girl) 16th birthday. now im stuck on ideas as to what i can possibly get her. I want it to be really meaningful since its her 16th however I DO NOT have a lot of money to spend. It just has to be really meaningful to ensure she will love it because she likes sentimental things. have you guys got any good ideas?

If you are handy on Photoshop, you can take a picture of you and her, and fade the picture out enough to see the poem. Make sure the frame fits and has a beautiful look to it. If you decide to use a picture in your poem, go to your local photography print shop and ask them to print the piece in the size according to your frame.

Q. who has always been like my mom to me. I do not really know what she likes, but I would like to give her something special, but not to expensive as I am not working currently. She is in her late 60s, and really sweet and loving. Always seems to be busy giving .... she likes plant and does home garden to grow organic food. She also like Ikebana. But I am sure she would appreciate anything that is useful.

I will see her this weekend at a picnic other people will be around. and want to give it to her then.

How about purchasing a little at home spa kit for her. Or maybe offer taking her out to eat. Try baking her a nice pie or cake for her birthday. Buy her a nice tea or coffee set.
If this lady is near and dear to your heart like a mother-figure, then maybe give her a photo of you and her in a picture frame and write her a nice card telling her why you think she is like a mom to you.
But whatever gift you choose to give, as long as you put the time and effort into it, she will find it to be very thoughtful.

The photo collage would have pictures of her and her with her lady friends through the years, as well pictures of me and her together. My friend and I are planning a special birthday gift for our 30th birthday and we are wanting to take a cruise. We have 3 years to save up and we are both wanting a nice tropical experience but we're unsure exactly where to go. I've never been anywhere tropic and she's never been outside of the our home state. We are getting our passports so it can be ANYWHERE. Any ideas as to the perfect destination? We will be 30, both married with kids, its our special gift to eachother. Please put why you believe your answer is the best choice. Thanks.

Consider a week at an all-inclusive resort** in Mexico on the Yucatan peninsula. [the Mayan Riviera, Cancun down to Tulum.] You can lay around in the sun and drink all day*, do casual activities, go swimming, etc; or take tours and see the famous sights and do some adventurous activities.

Cruising is very nice, but 3/4 of the time you are on the boat, and then you get to a port, get off, look around, maybe do a little something (which is not much unless you can afford the expensive activities) and then you get back on the boat. An "all-inclusive" is like a cruise ship, except on land, and you have lots of time to experience the area, and enjoy the experience.

{Some people swear by the all-inclusives on the Pacific side. Each has its own tropical experience, so you need to get info and make a choice.} There is also Hawaii !!!

** you can pick one to suit whatever style you want; including no kids, "relaxed" dress code on the beach, one that has on campus restaurants that appeal to you, a quiet place, a party place,,,,,

*included in the price, unlike on a cruise ship
