I am planning my baby's birthday party and I want to give truly special party treats and favors, this is my first baby and the last one because I cannot get pregnant again so, I want to celebrate his first year with a special party. Could you please give me ideas to make the little gifts something unique?

I imagine that there will be other kids there with ranged ages so there should be two gift bags for each family: one for the kids, and one for the adults.

For the adults, get small paper bags 9colored each a different color) and put inside a small candle, a chocolate bar, fragrance hand sanitizer, a thank-you-for-coming-note, a personal note, and a water balloon (with no water) and put a bead in it and blow it up. The water balloon thing is like for each year, you put another bead in it and make it a tradition for the party favors. and once it wears down they can have the bead or give it back for memories! hope i helped!

Just make him a cute basket if little things. A gift card to his favorite store, his favorite candy/snack, a homemade gift, something you baked, a framed picture of you guys together, some sports magazines, sports equiptment, etc. Just put all of his favorite little things in there! What should I get a guy for his birthday?

Q. Well today is his birthday and I dont know what to get him.

A. Oh, honey. You should have been planning this one but I've totally been in your shoes haha,
last minute gifts for guys;
...if he likes coffee, and starbucks card, or a gift from there, or even better a date with you:)
something from his favorite clothing store,
bake his his favorite dessert, some cookies maybe?
have a whole date night "planned"! haha eat his favorite foods, get his favorite movie, (even if you cant stand it) and just spoil him in any way you can think of!

The best tip I can give you is to think of what he would like, not you. Oh, and don't give 'yourself' to him. Gag. ^

Is this a big room to be used as a bedroom?

Okay so I'm 15 and for my 16th birthday I'm using my money to reduce my bedroom and as a gift from my parents I will be getting a room in my house which my mom used to run a business out of and the only thing is I have to buy the flooring or pay for 75% of it and it is 300sqft how much would that cost and do you know any wear I can find cheep but still good quality floor I was think laminate but I don't know anything about this stuff...any ideas?

A. You're going to have so much fun decorating a bedroom that big! Laminate can be hard to clean, but it is cheap. I've also seen blocks of flooring you can use, kind of like a big mosaic on the floor, that can be easily moved around or switched out for when you're ready for a new color.
